All our products are sent with an invoice, and the stated prices do not include VAT. The invoice will be issued to the first name or title on the payment receipt. Our prices cover a quotation that includes domestic sales conditions.

Order and Shipment Information:

Your order will be prepared for shipment within the specified business days after the official order is received, based on the paid balance amount. (In exceptional cases, goodwill rules will apply in case of delays).

Our goal is to deliver your orders to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Information:

Our Shipping Method is EXW. Shipping costs (warehouse, courier, etc.) are not included in our prices. Delivery will be provided from the Yakan Lighting factory in Turkey (Istanbul-Başakşehir). The products are packaged in a standard manner, and damages caused by shipment are not covered by the warranty.

Export Conditions:

For international shipments, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees may apply. Please contact our Sales and Support Team for detailed information regarding export conditions.

Points to Note During Delivery:

The courier or warehouse personnel may request an identity card or driver's license during delivery. Therefore, it is important for the person receiving the delivery to have an identity card or driver's license with them. When receiving the product, it is recommended to open the package in the presence of the courier or warehouse personnel to check your order.

If any abnormal situations such as damage, dents, or wetness are noticed on the packages or parcels, please do not accept the shipment. The courier or warehouse personnel will take back the shipment, and necessary procedures will be carried out. The records prepared at the initial delivery moment will be considered an important document in determining responsibility for any missing or damaged items.
